Employee referral program
Earn $500 for each candidate you refer who is hired and completes 30 days with VBridgeIT. There is no limit on the number of referrals.
How it works
Four steps from referral to bonus.
Find a match
Review our open roles and think of someone whose skills fit.
Send the referral
Email HR the candidate's name, resume and the role they fit.
Candidate is hired
The candidate receives and accepts an offer, then completes 30 days of employment.
Claim your bonus
HR contacts you once the offer is accepted. Confirm the candidate's name with HR to claim your bonus.

- Who can refer
- Current VBridgeIT employees.
- Bonus
- $500 for each referred candidate who is hired.
- Eligibility
- The candidate must accept an offer and remain employed for at least 30 days.
- Number of referrals
- No limit on referrals or bonuses.
- Duplicate referrals
- If more than one employee refers the same candidate, the first referral received is recognized.
- Exclusions
- Current VBridgeIT employees cannot be referred.
